PACKAGE ONE: BUDGET $150

  1. Two looks (wardrobe changes)

  2. 100+ images burned to CD

  3. One retouched 8x10 (color or b&w)


PACKAGE TWO: STANDARD $250

  1. Three looks

  2. 100-200 images on CD

  3. Three retouched 8x10s


Additional costs:

  1. Make-up & hair stylist: $100 (Optional). This is to be paid in cash on the day of the shoot.

  2. Each additional 8x10: $15

  3. Additional retouching is $25 per image.

  4. DVDs with slideshows: $50 (2 discs)


Fees & deposits - headshots

  1. An initial deposit of $50 is required within 24 hours of making your appointment. The remaining costs are due at the time of the shoot. No exceptions.

  2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before the shoot. Rescheduling less than 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

  3. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the shoot may forfeit half of the deposit. Cancellations less than 48 hours may forfeit all of the deposit. 

  4. Payment forms accepted at this time are cash, money orders, cashiers’ check, personal/company check or credit cards through paypal. For personal checks, photos will not be presented until the check clears. Checks are payable to Tom Sorensen

  5. A stylist is recommended and we can provide one if needed at an additional cost unless otherwise negotiated.

  6. Delivery of work: please anticipate a waiting period of one week to see a gallery of proofs online. If it is possible to get it done sooner, we will try. In rare instances, we will show early proofs during the shoot if time permits.

  7. Mileage extra for locations outside greater Los Angeles and most of Orange County.


Portraiture
Includes: family, pinup, fine-art.


Sitting/location fee: $200

  1. 1-2 looks (wardrobe changes)

  2. Two retouched 8x10s (color or b&w)

  3. A pre-shoot consultation.

  4. A post-shoot review of photos to select final choices.

  5. Online password-protected galleries.

  6. All images burned to CD.

  7. Hair & Make-up require extra costs for a stylist.


Event photography

Includes: premieres, parties, on-set, smaller award shows, conferences, etc.


Typical event rate: $300

  1. Defined as 2-3 hours.


Full-day rate: $800

  1. Events which run between four and eight hours. If your event runs beyond eight hours, possible fee adjustments will be discussed.

General dos
& don’ts

  1. Do bring several pieces of clothing so we can choose the best look. Darker clothing works better with most skin tones for photos.

  2. Do arrive early to allow time to relax before the shoot.

  3. Do take off glasses or anything tight that may leave skin impressions in advance of the shoot.

  4. Do get your sleep the night before!

  5. Do bring music that energizes you or suits the mood. We have music too if needed.

  6. Don’t schedule something immediately after the session. It’s better to take our time to get the shot than rush the event.

GOLD PACKAGE: $2,000

  1. Full day’s events covered.

  2. Formal and journalistic shots taken.

  3. Online password-protected galleries.

  4. One pre-shoot consultation.

  5. A post-shoot review of to select final photos.

  6. 200+ 4x6 prints, packaged in a memories box.

  7. 50 duplicates of any 4x6 prints in any combination (five of one, ten of another, etc.)

  8. 10 8x10s custom printed (B&W or color).

  9. Custom built coffee-table wedding book.

  10. DVD slideshow of the best photos (2 copies)

  11. All images burned to CDs.

  12. Additional photos can be purchased by guests and family online.

  1. An initial deposit of half of the chosen package is required within two weeks of the wedding date. The remaining costs are due at the time of delivery of the final work. No exceptions.

  2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before the shoot. Rescheduling less than 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

  3. Cancellations less than 48 hours will forfeit all of the deposit.
